Minimum Open Account Order

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We will attempt at all times to notify sales representatives and dealers of price changes as soon as possible. However, we bill all orders at prices in effect at time of shipment.

Returns
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from us before returning any product. To return product to us the RA# must be issued within 15 days of our invoice. To receive an RA#, call our Customer Service representative with the following information:

Original invoice number Date of invoice Item number and description Complete description of problem

Upon receipt of this information, we will issue an RA# if it deemed appropriate by our Customer Service representative. You must ship all authorized returns to International Supplies freight prepaid. Clearly mark all packages with the RA# and include a copy of the original invoice as the packing slip. We will refuse any packages returned COD or without an RA# and ship them back to you at your expense.

Returns for any reason other than our error may incur a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in original, undamaged, box with complete packing; warranty cards must be free of writing and be complete, in original condition.

Shipping
All goods are sold F.O.B. Inglewood, California, except as noted. The minimum freight charge is $15.00 on orders below a $1000.00 US in addition orders under $500.00 will incur an additional $10.00 service charge ($20.00 for orders under $200.00).

Drop Ship Orders
There is a $10.00 service charge on all drop ship orders.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
All orders are carefully picked, checked, and packed for shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for damage, either visible or concealed, caused by carriers. The consignee must file claims with the carrier. Do not accept damaged cartons without inspecting them and their contents in the presence of the carrier's employee.

You must notify the carrier of concealed damaged within 48 hours of delivery. It is your responsibility to retain all goods, shipping containers, and packing materials for inspection pending any claims with the carrier.
